Chicago chefs host 2023 holiday toy giveaway on Southside

Restaurateur and veteran Quentin Love and his sister Marissa Terry, chef and TurkeyChop co-owner, are teaming up to host The Love Foundation’s 2023 holiday toy giveaway. Volunteers will hand out gifts to infants and children aged 12 and under, at the newest TurkeyChop Gourmet Grill located on Chicago’s southside.

As Omicron fuels the surge in COVID-19 cases, Chef Quentin Love and his Love Foundation are offering free COVID-19 rapid and PCR testing today, December 30. Testing is open to all Chicagoans with a driver’s license or identification card. No medical insurance or appointment is required.

Restaurateur Quentin Love, Baal Perazim Health & Wellness Services and the non-profit SMILE for Change are teaming up in the battle against COVID-19. Starting on Monday, June 7, they will offer free COVID-19 testing and Pfizer vaccinations to anyone age 12 and older with or without health insurance and undocumented.
